I love Colin Firth. This actor can go from comedy to drama, straight to gay in a flash. And hell he ain't bad to look at either. He ranks up there in the top of the best living and working actors today. There will be more Colin in the future I assure you.
As Harry Bright aka Headbanger in 'Mamma Mia' he added to the wondrousness of it all.
His love story was actually the most wonderful in a group of wonderful stories in 'Love Actually'.
The perfect Mr. Darcy in the BBC mini-series 'Pride and Prejudice'.
The one good thing that the screen writer's strike for me was 'Bones'. Tired of the reruns I had seen I gave this show a shot. It is good drama but more importantly it is witty. Adult wit. The leads Emily Deschanel and David Boreanaz, Temperance and Seely, are perfectly matched sharing great banter and better sexual tension. I hope they keep the tension and don't fall into bed too soon. That has ruined too too many good shows. It also supports a good supporting cast, most especially Michaela Conlin as Angela.
